Looks like we're going to have another fight on the smartphones battlefield. Taiwanese company, HTC Corporation, known for many Android and Windows Mobile-powered phones, most recently the BREW-powered HTC Smart), is going to release another "big guy Android".
HTC Desire is a nice phone. No one can deny it. But, everything popular can be made more popular, as Samsung did with i5700 and i5900.The new Desire HD is going to compete with Samsung Galaxy S and Motorola Droid X with these things inside:
- 4,3 inches screen with a resolution of 800x480;
- 1 GHz Qualcomm CPU;
- 4 GB of ROM;
- Android 2.2 FroYo;
- Case from aluminium;
- 8 MPix camera;
- Recording viedos in 720p;
- Adobe Flash 10.1;
- Capability of playing XviD videos;
- SRS Surround Sound.
Unfortunately, the price is unknown, but the phone is going to start in Great Britain.
