Forum design anomalies
« on: July 19, 2010, 01:40:11 PM »
1. Drop downs for the main forum navigation bar don't match the rest of the theme.
2. '+' and '-' buttons don't match the rest of the theme.
3. 'Post' and 'Preview' buttons are ugly and don't really match the rest of the theme.

I will look into fixing those ;-)

That makes no sense. How can you not?

Don't think you can.

Two more things.
1. Look at the "@ 3.2Ghz" in my first post in this topic. It's way too close to the post's boarder imo.
2. The "Report to moderator  IP.ADDRESS" text doesn't stick to the bottom of the post box in posts where the profile column to the left dictates the overall size of the box. (Again, look at the original post in this topic)

I will need to add some padding to the post boxes, that will fix the issue with the text being too close to the border.

As for the report to moderator thingy, it just goes right after the post, don't know if I can get it all the way to the bottom.

Another one:
Look at the blue header background on the homepage and on the forum. Notice that the blue is slightly different shades. IMO, the forum's header looks better.
Also notice that the 'search' button is different colours on the homepage and forum.

Oh, that's because there is a gradient on the main site, I forgot about that... I will remove the gradient from the main site, though.
